Sipi Falls Recap

Sipi Falls was beautiful + a perfectly fabulous road-trip! There are so many beautiful parts of Uganda + I'm so thankful for the time, ability and friends to go travel while I'm here.

It was freezing for Uganda. So cold that we didn't even need mosquito nets IN THE MIDDLE OF UGANDA WHAT IS LIFE. I wore pants + sweaters + wished for my boots. Seriously people, actual cold not just I've been in Uganda too long cold. We hiked 6 miles up and down the foothills of Mt. Elgon to see all 3 waterfalls at Sipi Falls. It was beautiful + exhausting and gorgeous. Translation: it was beautiful but I legit thought death was coming upon me basically the entire time after the first hour...we hiked for six hours. SWEET BABY JESUS WHAT.
